Till now, Faraday has further expanded its commitment to license ARM v5TEJ ISA, ARM® Cortex™ -A9 Processors and Mali™ -400 MP GPUs, spreading up the whole new roadmap of FA processors based on the mainstream ARM cores to extend the markets in both broadening and emerging embedded applications.
Faraday implements the FA CPU family by unique CPU technologies and makes breakthroughs in micro-architecture design and data path optimization. Besides, with excellent back-end experience in library/memory and process tuning, Faraday provides the FA CPU solution for superior performance, small area and low power consumption simultaneously. By implementing Faraday's own micro-architecture processors with ARM instruction set, Faraday could provide the outstanding ARM-compliant CPU products in foundry and bring the customer complete SoC and platform solution with technology support, leveraging the most common ARM ecosystem at the same time.
With a bunch of ASIC designs built in FA CPU so far, Faraday's complete embedded processor solutions have been silicon proven through mass production and have been successfully deployed to a number of well-known system houses and design companies worldwide.
