Faraday FlashKit™ – 22RRAM Development Platform
FK-22RRAM is an energy-efficient SoC platform implemented by UMC 22ULP process technology, supporting both Arm Cortex-M7 and VeeRV EH1. The DSP-based 2.5Gbps Gigabit Ethernet transceiver, built on a 22nm process, offers ultra-low power consumption, high performance, and high integration. Supporting 10BASE-Te, 100BASE-TX, 1000BASE-T, and 2500BASE-T PHY standards, it enables reliable Ethernet connectivity over Category 5e (Cat 5e) cables at lengths of up to 100 meters, making it an ideal solution for power-efficient, high-speed networking applications.
