Faraday Ranked in Top 5% in Corporate Governance Evaluation for Second Consecutive Year

Hsinchu, Taiwan, May. 26, 2026

Faraday Technology Corporation (TWSE: 3035), a leading ASIC design and IP provider, today announced that it has once again achieved outstanding results in the 12th Corporate Governance Evaluation jointly conducted by the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) and the Taipei Exchange (TPEx). Faraday ranked in the “Top 5% of Listed Companies” and the “Top 10% of Electronics Industry with a Market Capitalization of NT$10 Billion or More,” demonstrating its continued excellence and long-term commitment to corporate governance, information transparency, and sustainability practices.

Faraday’s back-to-back recognition reflects its solid execution in advancing governance and sustainability initiatives. In the governance and social dimensions, the company established a Board-level Sustainability Development Committee and implemented concrete measures to enhance corporate value, with regular reporting to the Board of Directors. Faraday has also strengthened the quality and transparency of its information disclosure through the regular publication of financial and operational data. Additionally, the company has established a privacy policy, a customer rights policy and grievance procedures, as well as sustainability information management regulations. Furthermore, Faraday achieved a 100% completion rate for supplier human rights due diligence, and its latest employee satisfaction survey recorded a high score of 86.3 points.

On the environmental front, Faraday introduced an internal carbon pricing mechanism using a shadow pricing model to evaluate the potential financial and operational impacts of climate change. It also conducted greenhouse gas inventories in accordance with the ISO 14064-1 standard, fully disclosing its annual emissions across Scopes 1, 2, and 3. In addition, Faraday has successfully obtained certifications for both the ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and the ISO14001 Environmental Management System.

“We are deeply honored to receive this recognition for two consecutive years. Faraday will continue strengthening its corporate governance and embedding sustainability as a core corporate value,” said Grace Tseng, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Governance Officer of Faraday. “Through concrete actions, we remain committed to fulfilling our ESG goals and advancing toward our net-zero targets. While pursuing operational growth and profitability, we will continue to prioritize environmental, social, and governance impacts to drive a sustainable and better future.”
