Quality Assurance Engineer 品保工程師 |
1. Customer claim and complaint handling: Be the customer's voice for quality related topics within the organization to improve overall customer quality satisfaction.
2. Customer return and FA by 8D methodology: conducts IC failure analysis, troubleshooting and debugging in support of operating activities via email or telephone. Prepares report on customer support activity and makes recommendation, guidance and technical assistance to internal engineering or customer on a re-occurring problems for improvements.
3. Customer visit and audit: manage multiple engineering teams on all aspects of customer quality audit also conduct follow-up, on the other hand, to provide related assistance to sales in customer business visit.
4. eService, QA request and customer special request: understand the customers quality requirements, contracts (i.e. PPM agreements), expectations and communicate this back into the organization.
5. Worldwide customer and key project management: directs, manages and coordinates activities of functional groups outside of the quality organization to assist other field service engineers to achieve customer quality requirements in a timely manner.
6. Engineering change handling: review & implement product change issues, generate PCN / ECN, able to prepare easy to understand, well organized report, and communicate with customers on all technical issues in accordance with procedures and with PCN approval.
7. Quality project handling: lead quality activity with cross function teams, understands the impact and actively engages in the use of various actions/decisions.
