To align with the global trends of diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent development, Faraday joined "TALENT, in Taiwan: Taiwan Talent Sustainability Action Alliance", supporting six major talent sustainability actions. This demonstrates our commitment to implementing the Human Rights Policy and the Declaration of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

The president and senior executives supervise and oversee the establishment of a dedicated unit to coordinate planning for formulating management strategies and action plans, and review the implementation progress and promotion results through regular meetings to ensure the DEI implementation.
