Faraday's Employee Welfare Committee curates a diverse range of activities to enrich employees' lives here. Faraday prioritizes employee health and are dedicated to fostering a healthy workplace with the facilities of a state-of-the-art multifunctional fitness center, as well as a stress-relief center. We hold the activities such as annual road running event and global walking challenges to encourage a healthy lifestyle.

Onsite health services feature consultations with resident physicians and free health checkups, ensuring premium health care and medical support. Additionally, we offer a breastfeeding room certified by the Department of Health and have earned corporate certifications in physical activity and wellness from the Sports Administration and Health Promotion Administration.

Encourage fertility and family care, provide better-than-legal leave and attendance system

We offer better-than-legal paid leave for maternity leave, pregnancy checkup accompaniment and paternity leave, paternity caring leave, and maternity and baby safe leave. In addition to the mandated 63 days of maternity leave and pregnancy checkup accompaniment and paternity leave, employees are entitled to an additional 25 days of paid leave.
