Cultivating Semiconductor Talent
In collaboration with National Chung Cheng University, National Taipei University, and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology Faraday provides research funding, equipment sponsorship, and scholarships to support technological development in industry and academia. Offer internship and pre-employment opportunities to cultivate future core talents. Jointly promote technical topics and R&D projects under industry-academia collaboration, enhancing contributions to both industry and academia.
Nurturing Taiwan Baseball Talents
For 10 consecutive years, we have sponsored the baseball team of Tung-Shih junior high school in Chiayi County. The total sponsorship will reach NT$4.7 million by 2030, supporting training resources. We aim to create a better training environment for young athletes, hoping they will become a vital force in Taiwan's baseball scene in the future.

Sponsoring Local Pediatric Healthcare
We support Hsinchu MacKay Children's Hospital in providing better medical resources for children. Over four consecutive years, we have contributed a total of NT$2 million to help expand hospital bed capacity and introduce advanced medical technologies, equipment, and drug treatments, strengthening pediatric healthcare services in the Greater Hsinchu area.
Employing Local Talents to Strengthen Community Identity and Growth
We value the communities where we operate and prioritize hiring local talent to foster economic development and strengthen community ties. As of the end of 2024, employees based in our operational locations, including Hsinchu, Taipei, Tainan, made up 59.44% of our total workforce, reinforcing our commitment to local employment.

Our long-standing commitment to the arts and cultural industries includes hosting multiple performances each year, featuring local musicians, artists, and cultural professionals. By fostering meaningful connections between art, business, and society, we help drive the growth and appreciation of arts and culture.
Supporting Independent Media and Local Issues
We provide financial support annually to “News&Market”, an independent media platform focused on agriculture, food production, and environmental sustainability. By delivering in-depth, well-rounded insights, the platform enriches public awareness and promotes informed discussions on critical local issues.
Social Assistance and Public Welfare
Supporting Local Social Welfare Organizations
WWe remain committed to working alongside our employees to support Hsinchu Family Support Center and Huaguang Intelligent Development Center in Guanxi. In 2024, we contributed NT$117,200 to Hsinchu Family Support Center by purchasing charity vouchers and essential supplies to aid children from disadvantaged families. And we donated NT$546,400 to Huaguang Intelligent Development Center, helping to provide quality care for individuals with multiple disabilities and autism from underprivileged backgrounds.
Engaging in Public Welfare Activities
Biannual Blood Donation Drives: For over 15 years, we have organized blood donation events, collecting a total of 3,000 bags of blood. In 2024 alone, 124 participants donated 176 units, supporting local healthcare needs.
Paid Volunteer Leave: Employees receive 16 hours of paid volunteer leave annually, encouraging them to engage in environmental, volunteer, and educational support programs.
Charity sales, group purchases, and second-hand supplies collection to help meet the needs of vulnerable families.
