Faraday is committed to offering a competitive compensation and benefits system to attract and retain top talent. Through a well-structured compensation policy, performance-based bonuses, and a diverse range of employee benefits, we foster a stable work environment where employees can grow and achieve success alongside. Below are our key principles of the compensation system.
Competitive Compensation
We provide competitive salaries with bonuses of varying types and levels, adjusted based on employees' roles, contributions, performance and other relevant factors to ensure that individual achievements and responsibilities fairly recognized. To maintain compliance, competitiveness, and fairness, we regularly review and adjust salaries, working hours, and benefits in line with market trends and internal assessments. Since 2014, Faraday has been consistently included in the Taiwan Stock Exchange’s "TWSE RA Taiwan High Compensation 100 Index.“
Pay Equity
Faraday's compensation structure is designed based on job roles and performance. Regular reviews ensure that employees in the same position receive equal pay, free from discrimination based on gender, race, age, religion, political affiliation, marital status, or sexual orientation.
Commitment to Fair Compensation
Faraday guarantees all employees a base salary exceeding the minimum wage, adopting a living wage standard to support both personal and family needs. We are committed to providing a salary structure that enhances employees' quality of life while promoting a healthy work-life balance.
