When was Faraday established?

Faraday Technology Corporation (hereinafter referred as Faraday) was incorporated on June 10, 1993 in the Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park, Taiwan, R.O.C., and Faraday is the former Design Service Division of UMC.


Faraday's shares were listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) on August 26, 2002 under TSE code 3035.
